These Terms describe how you may use TickerTiles, subscriptions, saved dashboards, sharing features, market data, and related services.
Terms of Use
Use of TickerTiles
By downloading, accessing, or using TickerTiles, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be at least 16 years old to use TickerTiles. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.
No investment advice
TickerTiles provides market data, charts, analytics, indicators, news links, and tools for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing in the services is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. Any paid subscription is for access to software features and data displays, not investment advice or personalized trading recommendations.
Cancellation and auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically through your Apple App Store account unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings. Deleting the app or deleting a TickerTiles account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Refunds
Refunds for Apple App Store purchases are controlled by Apple and governed by Apple's App Store policies. TickerTiles cannot issue App Store refunds directly except where required by applicable law. If you want to request a refund, use Apple's App Store refund process.
User content, saved dashboards, and sharing
You retain ownership of content you create, upload, save, or store through TickerTiles, including dashboards, watchlists, ticker tags, tile settings, layout choices, and sharing settings. You grant TickerTiles a license to host, store, process, transmit, analyze, display, and share that content as needed to operate the services and any sharing features you choose to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, circumvent access controls, scrape or extract data in an unauthorized manner, interfere with service operation, attempt to reverse engineer non-public systems, upload malicious content, violate applicable law, or use TickerTiles in violation of third-party terms.
Third-party services and links
TickerTiles may use or link to third-party services, including Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Firebase, market data providers, news providers, AI providers, logo or icon services, finance sites, brokerage apps, and charting apps. Those third parties have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and data practices.
Service availability and data delay
Market data, news, analytics, indicators, performance figures, AI-generated outputs, and other app features may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or based on assumptions that differ from brokers, exchanges, or data vendors. App capabilities, data coverage, providers, and pricing may change as the product evolves.
Disclaimers of warranties
The services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickerTiles disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickerTiles and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, investment losses, data loss, business interruption, or similar losses arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TickerTiles if you violate these Terms, misuse the services, create risk for other users or the service, or if we discontinue a feature or the service. You may stop using TickerTiles at any time. Termination does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions managed by Apple.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of TickerTiles after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state where TickerTiles is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where local law requires otherwise.
